Ummm... This is just my personal opinion, but I would say that if the team with less players is winning (at least by that margin), then don't worry about switching to even the numbers. The main reason that I would switch would be if the smaller team is getting q0wned and the imbalance of the number of players on each side was a factor (basically an unfair game).

The reference to something "noble" came from the RollerCoaster map when you were saying something like "Hey DTMs... I switched teams. Did you notice?" To which I replied "I saw it". These may not have been the exact words spoken (I haven't reviewed my demo of that match), but its the general gist of what happened as I experienced it.

It wasn't my intention to hit you over the head with it, but merely to gently nudge you to read Porsche's post so that you won't end up turning off potential SP*NS*RS.

When I was ADTM, I had one of my keys bound to the following phrase "Hey DTMers, remember me if you like what you see..." and the "HEY!" voice sound. At the start or end of a map where I was playing with DTMers, I would press this key. Other than that I just played like they weren't around watching me. That's really all I was trying to impart to you in my post above.

So just keep up the good work and you'll do fine! :)
