Hey maverick, just thought I'd drop in and touch up your latin (looks like you just looked the words up in a latin dictionary ;) ).

"Vive et morire ab lege" Live and die by the law (closest synanym I could find for code, which wasn't in my latin dictionary)

Quick run down:

1) Vive is the present active imperative form of vivere
2) Morire was correct cause deponent imperatives take the -re form.
3) e is short for et
4) i've never seen dal before :D It might be an obscure way of writing "by"
5) lege is the singular ablative of lex

You learn something everyday :D
